Joint Press Release
Global Insurance Limited have agreed to merge their business with Dominion Insurance (Tonga) Limited. This will be effected by a transfer of all policies current on 31st July from Global Insurance Limited to Dominion Insurance (Tonga) Limited.
Coinciding with this transfer of polices Insurance Corporation of Tonga will become the exclusive agent of Dominion Insurance (Tonga) Limited.
