Consequential Loss

Sometimes referred to as Business Interruption Insurance. Covers against loss of net profit or continued payment of fixed costs following an event which is covered under a commercial fire policy. The policy can also include cover for additional costs necessary to maintain the business.

As with the Commercial Fire policy it can be extended to include cyclone subject to special conditions and a deductible.
