HARI PUNJA
Chairman

Hari Punja, Order of Fiji, OBE, JP, is Chairman of or Company and was instrumental in its establishment when he was then Chairman of Punja & Sons Ltd.

He has been an entrepreneur all of his working life establishing many successful businesses in Fiji mainly involved in food manufacturing and distribution. He has served as a member of the Senate and as a member of many other Government Organizations and Boards.

His family investment company, Hari Punja & Sons Limited is the majority shareholder in Flour Mills of Fiji Ltd and significant other investments.

He is the Executive Chairman of Hari Punja & Sons Limited, Flour Mills of Fiji Ltd, Rice Company of Fiji Ltd, Atlantic, Pacific Packaging Ltd, and Chairman of Dominion Finance Limited, Communications Fiji Limited and Unwired Fiji Limited. He is also a director of Fiji Television Limited and Kontiki Growth Fund Limited.

GARY CALLAGHAN
Executive Director

Gary Callaghan is the Executive Director of the Company and Group. Prior to joining thecompany in 1991 he worked with the Insurance broking firm Marsh where he held senior positions in their New Zealand and Pacific Island businesses.


Gary is a Fellow of the Australian Insurance Institute and Associate in Risk Management and Loss Control of the Insurance Institute of America.

He is also a Director of a number of other companies including Flour Mills of Fiji Ltd, Rice Company of Fiji Ltd, Atlantic and Pacific Packaging Ltd, Data Bureau Limited, Insoft International Limited and OCIS Ltd.

SANJAY PUNJA
Director
Sanjay Punja is the Chief Executive of the Flour Mills of Fiji Limited Group of Companies. These include Rice Company of Fiji Ltd, Atlantic, Pacific Packaging Ltd and Biscuit Company of Fiji Ltd. The Group is a publicly listed company with a market capitalization of approximately $180 million.
