CTP - Compulsory Third Party Policy

The policy covers against All liability as specified in the Motor Vehicles (Third Party Insurance) Act incurred in respect of the death of or bodily injury to any persons caused by or arising out of the use of the vehicle described in the Schedule on a public road in Fiji during the period of insurance.
