Workmen's Compensation Policy

The policy is in two parts. The first covers the employers legal liability to compensate an injured worker as per the provisions of the Workmen’s Compensation Act. Otherwise known as the Insured’s Statutory Liability.

The second and optional part covers the employers legal liability to compensate an injured worker arising from the common law. This liability will generally arise out of some form of negligence or breach of care on the part of the employer. Otherwise known as Common Law Liability.
